Stationed at RAF Upper Heyford UK 1983-1986, and Tyndall AFB FL 1986-1989 in PMEL. We calibrated and repaired anything that measured anything that had to be accurate (Electronic, pressure, radioactive, dimensional, we did them all).

Volunteered for the draft two weeks after graduation. Went to Japan as a AAA early warning radar operator. Made the Itizuki Air Base basketball team 1955-56. Played 40 BB games at locations all over Japan - then got the GI Bill for my college education. What a deal.
