Brian was raised in Milwaukie, OR and attended Milwaukie High School where he was on the baseball team and became captiain of the wrestling team his senior year.
He was on the Honor Roll and was Student Body President as well.
Brian is survived by his father John (Eva) Burr of Oregon City, his mother Patricia (Dennis) Bacon of Miwaukie, his son Jake Vicars of Ohio, sister Michelle Ramos of Portland, step-sisters Randi Bacon of Lyle, WA and Mindi Narcises of Gladstone, OR, step-brothers Geoff Johannesen of Detroit, MI and Brad Johannesen of Oregon City, OR and grandmother Olive Jones of Oregon City, OR.
