My dad & vocational teacher, Michael "Mike" Panas, was our class adviser from 1972-1974, and he organized and supervised the 3 years of all our major class activities (e.g., Jr. & Sr. Proms, Sr. Honor Awards Assembly, etc.). Plus, he was also the school's (best!) wood shop teacher. He died at age 51 in June 1977 and the 1978 TORCH yearbook was dedicated to him. I remain a proud daughter & student! Kathy Panas-Zabel
