Join us for 3 days of fun, food & festivities for the 2014 Trojan Gathering! We’ll mix and mingle over 2 nights and a Sunday afternoon with plenty of time to renew friendships with your former MCHS classmates. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to catch up with friends who graduated from the mid-1960s through the 1970s!
Friday, June 6, 2014 – 7 p.m. until 11 p.m.
The weekend kicks off with an early summer evening under the stars at Mirimichi Golf Course on the Outdoor Patio Deck. Cost is $20 per person and includes dancing to a live band, a BBQ dinner buffet catered by The Rendezvous and reserved tables for all MCHS grads on the patio deck. Cold Beer available for purchase from the bar or BYO Wine (only) for corkage fee of $2. All beer and wine must be served from the bar. They will keep your wine cool in ice and provide cup. Pay at the Door but RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED and MUST be received by May 31. Bring your lawn chair/blankets to Old Millington Winery, 6748 Old Millington Rd., just off 51 Hwy. (901) 873-4114. Admission is $5 per person. Live music by The Killer Minks and Hot Cottage. Buy a bottle of wine ($10) at the Wine Shop. Purchase food concessions or pack your own picnic. Gates open at 1 p.m. Music starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m. Hosted by Tom Gorbea and friends. PLEASE: No dogs, BBQ grills, liquor or outside wine.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR FRIDAY NIGHT and SATURDAY GOLF. It would help the hosts of each event if you let us know of your intentions for Sat. night and Sun. afternoon activities.

To all former members of the MCHS Band Program: An Alumni Band has been put together to perform this year and to get the wheels turning on the formation of a Band Alumni Association to help rebuild the MCHS Band Program to its former glory. We have an enthusiastic new band director who is working hard to turn things around but he can't do it all by himself. We all need to pull together to help.
