Hon. Paul A. Holcombe III

Class of 1987

Paul A. Holcombe III, a 1987 graduate, serves as a District Court Judge for the Eleventh Judicial District which covers Johnston, Harnett and Lee counties. Judge Holcombe received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Prior to being elected in 2008, Judge Holcombe served as an Assistant District Attorney in Murfreesboro, TN, Concord, NC and Smithfield, NC. Judge Holcombe lives with his wife and two daughters in Clayton, NC.
