There is going to be a $5.00 cover charge for each person who attends. The cover charge is for the place to hold our event. They will be giving out wrist bands the night of the event. The Club will be setting up a pay pal account to pay in advance. If we can get at least 400 people to attend the event the club will close to only Milby High School. They will be offering Well Drink and Beer specials. Full Menu, Whisky Bar, DJ. This club can hold up to 800 people. We are working on a negotiated rate with a hotel in the area that is going to offer free shuttle service to the event. If in doubt, just send the picture, and I’ll let you know if there’s a problem!High-resolution pictures have a large file size, so limitations of your e-mail server may prevent you from sending many pictures at once. You may have to compress a group of pictures using WinZip or similar tool, or send multiple e-mails with 2-5 pictures each. It’s a trial-and-error process. If you get an reply email that the delivery was unsuccessful due to size, try again with less pictures. Guideline: Email less than 5 mb of attached photos at one time.Include your name and class year either in the file name or as a caption on the picture itself. Include other descriptive info in the email text; for example, when the picture was taken (then vs. now, year taken, etc.), the occasion, other Milby grads in the picture with their class year(s), and/or a short story about the picture.PRIVACY: If you submit photo(s), you are giving permission to use them and accompanying information in a projection slide-show at the October 2012 Milby Get-Together event and all Milby Get-Together events in the future.
