About	Mrs. Clarice A. Patzack-Koos Blagg, age 56, died Friday, August 3, 1984 at her home in Amarillo, Texas after a lengthy battle with cancer. She lived in Midwest City, OK where she had retired as a salesperson in the jewelry department of American Mutual Company. Born in El Reno on September 25, 1927 to Fred & Christine Patzack. She had been a member of St. Phillip Neri Church of Midwest City and St. James Catholic Church of Oklahoma City. A very loving, witty and wonderful person. She is survived by her husband, Floyd of the home; 2 sons, John Koos of OKC, Robert Koos of Midwest City; Stepson, Chuck Blagg of San Antonio, TX; 2 daughters, Carolyn Cotton of Del City, Judy McCauley of Van Buren, AR; 6 grandchildren; Mother, Christine E. Nesbitt of Midwest City; 2 brothers, Wilfred Patzack of Midwest City, Wilbur Patzack of Wichita, KS; In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are being handled by Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home. Wake services Sunday, August 5, 1984 at 7:30pm. Mass will be at 10am Monday, August 6, 1984 at St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church. Interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
