About	Delores Lucile (Harrel) Lewis 88, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother passed away on July 21, 2016 with her family at her side. Delores was born January 10, 1928 in Oklahoma City to Otis C. and Thelma C. Harrel. Her early years were spent in Edmond Oklahoma and later her family moved to Midwest City Oklahoma. She graduated from Midwest City High in 1945 and attended college at Central State in Edmond. She was married on June 27, 1946 to Charles William Lewis who nicknamed her "Lucy" and spent the next 63 years in marriage bliss. The two were members of the Eastside Church of Christ since 1958. Delores devoted herself to a life as a home maker, wife and mother. Delores enjoyed her home and flowers, canning, reading, traveling, skating, biking, water skiing and snowmobiling. She adored her pets and above all her grandchildren who knew her as "Nanny". She and Charley founded Lewis RV Center in 1963 and upon retirement in 1990 spent many years traveling with groups of friends from coast to coast living life to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Joseph Lewis and loving husband, Charles William Lewis. Survivors include sister, Joanna Matherly, Children: Karen Kubicek, Curtis Lewis and wife Savannah, Charles (Chuck) Lewis and wife Elizabeth, Grandchildren: Kathryn Ryals, Troy Kubicek, Amy Rutherford, Clifton, Curtis (Sonny), Evert, Robert and Shane Lewis; 17 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Eastside Church of Christ, 916 S. Douglas Blvd in Midwest City. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens.
