John passed away peacefully in his sleep while on a business trip. He and Elaine were married nearly 53 years. He was a wonderful dad, husband, son, and police officer. He was the hardest working man I ever knew. He went to sleep expecting to fly home in the morning and instead, flew off to heaven. He is greatly missed.
