I don't know why we never got caught. My friend Dwain Webb and I stole a master key to the high school and would sneak into the building at night to pull various pranks.
Most of my classmates knew I had a key because I used to open the home room door first thing in the morning before the teacher got there. But nobody ratted.
One night Dwain and I were prowling the halls and decided to go into Mr. Harms' room (chemistry), where there was a built-in projector screen on one wall with a cork board that rolled across it and hid it. We took a felt-tip pen and wrote "FUCK HARMS" in giant letters on the white screen and rolled the cork board back in front.
A few days later, during chem class, James Watson and I convinced somebody (I forget who) to go slide the cork board back to expose the white screen for Harms and the entire class to see.
