About	Gregory P. Scott, 45, of Neptune, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011. Mr. Scott was born in Winnipeg Canada and moved to Middletown quite early in his life. He graduated from Middletown High School. Greg was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was a friend to all. He lit up a room with his contagious laughter and his personality was second to none. He was a devoted and loving husband to Doreen Knight Scott, loving father to Heather and Brittany Scott, loving son of Simpson and Elizabeth "Betty" Scott of Ocala Fla., loving brother of Kerry and Simon Scott, loving son -in-law to Bernadine Knight, loving brother-in-law to Donna Knight Celmer, Neil Scott, Randa Scott and Christopher Celmer. Mr. Scott leaves behind several nieces and nephews and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5 and a gathering from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Ely Funeral Home, 3316 Highway 33, Neptune. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Greg Scott Memorial Fund, donations should be made out to Doreen Scott and sent in c/o Donna Celmer, 1025 Englemere Blvd., Toms River, NJ 08757.
