| About Me | I am a former foreign language teacher and have also been a substitute teacher. Married. Two sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 1 grandson,2 granddaughters, 1 dog, 3 cats, 4 yards, 2 houses, 4 vehicles plus 1 tractor. Have autoimmune disease lupus and fibromyalgia. Community service: vestrywoman at Trinity Episcopal Church, also serve on the Outreach Committee at my church. Eagle Scout Advisor for Boy Scout Troop 282, also secretary to Troop Committee. Enjoy reading, researching topics, especially history, writing, acting (I am involved to one degree or another in City Theatre, Encore Theatre and Children's Performing Theatre. I have directed a short play. Recently I worked backstage on a play doing some important sound effects. I enjoyed that a lot. I love classic films, including silent ones. I also enjoy cooking. I am intensely patriotic and take every opportunity to support American servicemen and servicewomen. I am also deeply concerned about the future of the United States and the world.
