About Me	My warm greetings to the Class of 1972. My life has gone well. I eventually returned to my native Washington State (Seattle area). I met my wife, Hanne, at Roger Williams College and we have been married since 1978. Eventually we bought a home in Sammamish, WA, where we have lived since 1982. We have two children and three grandchildren! Best of all, they all live close to us. I had a very satisfying career in public finance with several natural resource agencies in the Seattle area. In 2015, we both retired. Most important in our decision was the fact we both were in good health and enjoy active outdoor activities. None of us knows how long the good health will last, so we wanted to make sure we had as much time as possible to enjoy travel, and hiking and cross-country skiing in the mountains of Washington State.
