| About Me | Served in the Army for 27 years, retiring as lieutenant colonel in 2000. Met my wife Mary in the Army--she is a dentist and retired from the Army as a colonel in 2001. We had two tours in Europe, two at West Point, one in the Pentagon, as well as assignments in North carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. I served in 1st Armored Division during first Gulf War in 1990-91. We both are community college teachers in St Louis, MO--I teach English (I taught at West Point for 8 years while in the Army), and Mary teaches dental hygiene students.
