About	Michael David Helmke, 35, passed away February 15, 2010. Born October 15, 1974 in Miami, FL, he graduated from Killian High School and Clemson University as a chemical engineer in 2002. He was employed with State of Florida WPB Environmental Division. Michael married Renee Greenberg, of Palm City, January 17, 2004 and they were blessed with their beautiful daughter, Grace Anne. Michael is survived by his wife, daughter and parents, George and Susan; father and mother-in-law, Dr. Herbert and Lola Greenberg; sister, Christine; brothers, Stephen and wife, Laura, niece Kristin; Brian and wife, Ann Marie, niece Helena and nephew, Jack; Mark and wife Jane, and niece, Olivia. Michael was an amazing person and was so loved by his family and friends. He is now in the hands of the higher power and united with his beloved grandmothers, Mary Haverty Helmke and Elizabeth Justine Bernecker. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:30 PM, Saturday, February 20, 2010 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 12001 SE Federal Hwy., Hobe Sound. After the mass, family and friends will gather at George and Susan’s home, 5501 SE Forest Glade Trail in Hobe Sound. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael’s name to St. Vincent De Paul Society in care of St. Christopher Church in Hobe Sound or the Lupus Foundation.
