David & I both played alto sax in the band. I remember when he first came to Killian, he & I were arguing over a piece of music. Our section leader (Eugene Males) broke it up. I don’t recall in whose favor that went.
We also sometimes called David motormouth because of his gift of gab.
In the last year or so, we reconnected thru this site. I’m glad I got to reconnect with him.
I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his wife.
