About Me	I retired as the Executive Secretary of the Ohio Board of Building Standards after 29 years of service. I also retired from the Ohio Army national Guard after a total of 34 years service (3 active duty, 8 Army Reserve, and 23 Ohio National Guard). I retires as a Colonel. I graduated from Frostburg State College with a BS in 1965, an MA from University of South Carolina in 1967, and a JD from Capital University in 1977.
