About Event

Celebrate 50 years of the schools opening, with a tailgate party, football game, half time entertainment, possible fireworks to be determined, opening of the time capsule, a parade, walk down memory lane thru the high school with 50 years of memorabilia, a 4 night cruise, if you wish to join, leaving that Sunday August 30, for the Bahamas. This will be the biggest stampede of MUSTANGS ever in Brevard County. Check your class Facebook sites for up coming info. Make sure your email address is available to your person of contact for this event, for your class year. If you've have not yet received info from a person of contact for your class, please consider signing up to help at, MIHSGoldenAnniversary@yahoo.com . They would like to see all classes represented by 2 people to get the information out to your class. I am representing the class of 1973 only. The MIHS senior winner of the MIHS Golden Anniversary official logo contest will be announced and posted when the contest is final in early February. If you have a MIHS senior that would like to enter the deadline is January 19th. Information for the contest is on the web site.
The MIHS Golden Anniversary celebration depends on donations, fundraising and community support. You can help by donating any tax deductible amount.
