Favorite School Memory	In about eighth grade, a class-mate and I had imaginary fleas we named Mabel and George. When a male teacher would turn around, he'd wonder why we were smiling. Also, we developed a language code for our notes so no one else knew what we were writing. I kept lots of those notes in an old matchbox for many years. One year we sculpted animals, etc. from snow. About Me	I married after one semester in college. We divorced after 10 years. After a couple of years, I remarried. It's too bad I didn't find him in the first place. Roger and I have been married 36 years. I have 2 grown sons. My oldest died in a car wreck at age 20. I taught school 36 years, retiring a year ago last May. I taught 9 years in elementary, 1 in 9th gr. math and Algebra, and 26 as a reading specialist. Now Roger and I renovate houses to rent or sell. Also, we have a home-based business. I correspond with women in prison, trying to give them encouragement and hope. Also, I try to help their children and parents in coping with their pain and the devastating economic problems such an event brings.
