About Jason A. Ogea, age 33, of Menomonie, WI passed away Saturday morning, July 28, 2007 leaving behind, in Jason’s own words “The Love of his life” his wife Brandi Ogea, a son whom he loved very much Jedidiah Ogea, and a little girl who was his little angel Jasira Ogea.

He is also survived by his parents Debora and Bob Link of Glenwood City; his brother Bill (Becky) Link and brother, Matt (DeAnna) Link both of Menomonie; his maternal grandmother Priscilla Ogea of MI; mother and father-in-law Peggy (Alan) Mahnken and father and mother-in-law Jeff (Julie Bauer) Ableidinger; four friends who were like brothers Travis Minor, Tim Buck, Bob Everett and Mel; among other friends and family.

Jason was born Nov. 24, 1973 in Ishpeming, MI and moved to Menomonie in 1975. He attended Menomonie Public Schools. Jason was employed at TNT Logistics in Menomonie.

Those who knew Jason, know his life began when he met his soul mate and friend Brandi Ableidinger, whom he married on July 22nd, 2006.

Jason had many things he liked such as NASCAR (Dale Earnhardt Jr.), Green Bay Packers (Go Packers), video games and eating. But the things he LOVED were playing darts against his brother-in-law Russ and father-in-law Jeff, fishing with his son, playing with his daughter, and joking with his sister-in-law Mariah.

When asked where you would like to live, Jason would say “any place there is no snow”.
Welcome Home Jason!
