Wally was born September 5, 1958 in Menomonie, WI to Walter and Josephine (Brozyna) Micek Jr. He graduated from Menomonie High School in 1976 and later graduated from U.W. Stout in 2004 with a degree in Business Management. He was currently employed at 3M in Menomonie. Wally loved playing pool, golfing, hunting and bowling. He had many friends that he enjoyed spending time with. Wally will be sadly missed by his son, Wally Micek IV, his mom and dad Walt and Jo Micek, his two brothers Tom (Sharon) Micek, Matt (Carol) Micek. He will also be missed by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Menomonie, with Father Tom Krieg officiating. There will be a visitation at the church from 4:00 until the time of the service on Wednesday. Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie is handling the arrangements.
