About Me	Never Forget 2-14-08 ~Forward together Forward~ I'm a 25yr old College student just trying to survive each day. I started on this journy we call life on a very bumpy road. I am finally putting the pieces back together and moving on with my life. I am in school to get my Associates in Social Work and then going to work on getting my BA in Social work. I am very excited about this career. I have wanted to be a counselor for the longest time, i always felt like the best person to be a counselor are the ones that have been through it, because they are the perfect people to offer help because they've lived through it. Sometimes that is the greatist motivator for somepeople is to see someone else who has gone through the terrible times on the other side living a happy productive life. I love my music its my hole entire life. I can get so lost in music its unbelievable, there are songs for every kind of mood that i'm in. I believe in Jesus Christ and i'm not ashamed to admit it. I have had my issues with churches and have decided to just not go for now. That does not mean i do not believe in God. He has took me out of the pit of despair time after time. I am constantly amazed with the things he does in my life. I'm not close to my family, but the family members i am close with i would die for. My friends are my family. I might not have many but i am happy with the number of friends i have, it makes it a lot more easier to find time for everyone and i don't feel like i am being pulled a million different directions. I love to play tennis, basketball, swimming, dancing (even though i can't dance :D ) . I am a typical 25yr old trying to live life the best that i know how. I admire people who have a past, and embrace it, because without that past then your nothing, everyone has one, its just how you decide to deal with it that matters. I live life with no regrets, because everything i did, was something i wanted to do at that exact moment in time. My friends laugh at me, but one of my favorite people is Martin Luther King Jr. I look up to him because he had a dream, he had ambition he was willing to sacarfice everything inorder to pursue what he wanted. and i love that about people.
