Kelsey Snyder Stewart
Class of 1988
Mehville High School 1988 graduate Kelsey Snyder Stewart has authored a book titled, "The Best For You". It is a book written about Kelsey's own decision to give up three children for adoption. The book is written from Kelsey to her children explaining the reason she made the decision to give them up for adoption.
Both of Kelsey's adoption experiences (1 single daughter and 2 twin boys) were conducted outside the state of Missouri so that she could have open adoption situations. To this day, Kelsey has contact with both families who adopted her children and has a daily open relationship with her 19 year old daughter, named Kelsey too.
It is a great book for children to give them insight as to the reasons they were given up for adoption by their birthmothers.
