About Me	Are you sure you want me to answer this? Fifty years is a long time and I've been halfway 'round the world and back. Part of my story is told in my book, A Walk in Forbidden Knowledge. In it, I mention almost finishing the basics of a correspondence course in creative writing, probably the best course I have taken, college included. I didn't graduate, but I'm only seven credits shy of my AA degree. Most of my classes were in English and creative writing. I was also a charter member of a Foursquare church drama team in Everett, Washington. We called ourselves "The Acts of God" because we felt we were an improbable mix-- but did we have fun! I worked in a ACE Christian school library and coached teens in creative writing projects for competition, and even served as a judge for a few years. I even had the privilege of taking care of a child for a working Mom. Now we're retired and helping my sister, who shares our property, living in a travel trailer on the other side of our garage. She's been around the world, not just halfway 'round, serving in the USAF as a boom operator on a KC-135 refueler.
