| About Me | I have been in education for 43 years as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, and superintendent. 26 of those 40 years have been in Sidney City Schools, 6 years at Hardin-Houston as sup't., 5.5 years at Riverside Local as sup't., .5 years at Logan county ESC as sup't., 4 years at Mississinawa Valley as principal, 1 year at Ansonia as principal. Moved to Sidney from Dayton and wife and I have lived in Sidney ever since. I remain very loyal and passionate about Sidney City Schools, where all 3 of our kids graduated from HS. One major focus of mine since being named sup't. in Sidney in June, 2011 was to continue hiring quality people who are also commited and loyal to SCS. In HS and college I played both tennis and basketball. I coached basketball, girl's volleyball (1 year), and boys golf (1 year) at SHS. These were some of the best years of my lfe.
