MHS Alumni Reunion Schedule of Events
July 24, 2015-July 26, 2015

 BBQ Meal: Friday 5:00-7:00 p.m. – Fairgrounds ($5.00/person)

 Alumni Football game : Friday 8:00 p.m. – MHS Football field
This is the second year the Alumni football game will be played. We would like to offer it every five years in conjunction
with the reunion so let’s make it a success! To register, please go to ww.alumnifootballusa.com and click on the “Games”
button then scroll down and click on the Meade vs. Meade game. Cost of admission to watch the game is $10/adults and
$5/children (ages 6-12). We would like to have a pep band as well so please note if you are interested in participating in that
activity. Funds raised go to the MHS football team.
Live music and visiting at the City Park after the football game
Saturday Registration: 8:00 A.M.-Noon and 1:00-3:00 P.M.-MHS Commons Area
We decided to take a lunch break this year to allow people to attend their class get-togethers.

 4 on 4 Women’s Volleyball Tournament: Registration at 9:00 a.m. – Meade City Park
Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. near the volleyball court at the north end of the park. Play will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Teams must include at least two members from the MHS Alumni. Registration is $10 per person if you register by July 10, 2015 and $15 per person after.** Contact Kelli Knott on Facebook or at 316-833-2331 with questions.

 Basketball Tournament: Registration at 8 a.m. – Meade City Park, Basketball Courts, NE corner (weather permitting) or Jr. High gymnasium. Watch for updates regarding location!
There will be Men’s and Women’s divisions. Teams can consist of 3 or 4 players. Each alumnus on a team may have one guest on their team. You do not have to pre-register as a team or individual, however, pre-registration is encouraged. You may be placed on a team the day of the event.  Buffalo Run (Motorcycle Poker Run) – Registration at 8:30 a.m. – Boy Scout Building, Meade City Park
This event will consist of an approximately 100 mile round trip motorcycle ride, making various stops to pick up your
playing cards. Ride begins at 9:00 a.m. The cost for your registration is $25.00 and includes your first card and a t-shirt
(if you register by July 8, 2015). If you want to play extra hands it will cost you $10/hand. If you have a rider that
wishes to play it will cost $15 if they want a t-shirt and $10 if they do not. Contact Mark Miller at mesomiller@sbcglobal.net

 5K/10K Fun Run/ Walk and 1 mile kids run – Registration at 6:30 a.m. – MHS North Parking Area
All races start at 7:30 a.m. You do not have to pre-register to participate. Registration cost is $15.00 for adults and children who pre-register prior to July 10, 2015, and $20 to register on race day.** Contact Michelle Ross at 620-629-5677 or email therustyjunker@gmail.com

**Please register for events on the registration page but DO NOT send payment. Make payment when you arrive at the event. To receive a t-shirt on event day at the volleyball tournament, basketball tournament, Fun Run or Poker Run you must register by July 10, 2015. One can be mailed to you for postage and handling costs, but quantities may be limited. Please make sure to include t shirt sizes in the space allotted on the registration form.

 Golf – There will not be a golf tournament but the golf course will be open all day for play.

Banquet – 5:00 p.m. – MHS Gymnasium.

 Music and visiting at the Fairgrounds following the dinner.

 Church Service: 9:30 A.M.–MHS Auditorium.
