Dr. Kay Ellen Stecker, 49, of San Diego died Tuesday. She was born in Sanger and was a neurophysiologist for Neurophysiology Inc.
Survivors include her husband, Lee; daughters, Jaclyn and Alexa; mother, Eleanor; and sisters, Charlettie and Lonna.
Services: 7 p.m. Wednesday, First Lutheran Church, 867 Lincoln Ave., El Cajon.
Donations: San Diego Hospice, 4311 Third Ave., San Diego, CA 92103.
