Joshua Robert Smith, 39, passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2009 in Jacksonville, FL. He is survived by his wife of 4 1/2 years, Rene', his parents, Robert & Reney Smith and Carol Wantowski, his brothers, Garrett Smith & Christopher Smith, as well as many aunts, uncles, & cousins. Joshua was a 1988 graduate of McKinleyville High School and was active in football & baseball during that time.
