| About Me | Hello to you who read these words: I am actually the younger brother of a classmate of yours, Lawrence Williams. I wanted to reach out to you all to ask you if you knew him and if you did could you give me any recollections of him. Right after high school, Lawrence enlisted in the Marines. Soon after, in October 1967 he was shipped off to Vietnam. He died as a hero in combat from head wounds on April 27th 1968. His name is amongst the 52,000 other at the Vietnam Memorial Wall in his hometown of Washington D.C. I was only 10 years old at the time. Although I'm in my mid fifties now, I and my family still miss him everyday and the pain of his loss is still in our hearts. My memories of him might be enhanced if you can remember him.
