Cortez Ghee -- Pentagon 9-11 Memorial Arlington (VA) 2012 Born and raised in Washington (DC), Cortez Ghee was a budget analyst for the Department of the Army, working in the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Ghee graduated from McKinley Technical High School in 1967 and attended Montgomery, Prince George’s and Cantonsville Colleges.
