About	He was a graduate of McKinley High School, University of Michigan (BA 1938, JD 1941) He was a World War II veteran as a Lieutenant senior grade in the U.S. Coast Guard He was a well known attorney who was a founder and senior partner of the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Company. He served on both the Ohio and US Supreme Courts.
