About	Russell , Debra C. 60 North Huntingdon, Formerly of McKeesport Debra C. Russell, 60, of North Huntingdon, formerly of McKeesport, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013. She was born Oct. 15, 1952, a daughter of the late George W. and Rosa A. (Dingledin) Russell; and her second mom, Theresa Russell. She was preceded in death by her partner in life, Tom (Oscar) Miller. She is survived by two sons, Joe Russell, of North Versailles, and Ryan Russell, of Glassport; four grandchildren; two sisters, Georgeanne (Russell) Robertson, of Port Orange, Fla., and Cindy (Russell) Osier, of Delmont; and one brother, George Russell of Sorrento, Fla.; three nieces and two nephews; four great-nieces and four great-nephews.
