About	Edith M. Corey 82, of Cortland, passed away March 29, 2016 in Cortland Regional Nursing Facility. Edith was born September 14, 1933 in Dryden, NY, the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Lindsey Hulslander. She married the late Ronald D. Corey Jr. on August 27, 1955. One of her proudest accomplishments was being the first person in her family to graduate from Morrisville State College. Edith worked at Cortland Memorial and retired from Highgate Manor of Cortland. She enjoyed camping, traveling, fishing, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Edith is survived by her son, C. David and Julie Corey, one daughter Cynthia Kane, three grandchildren, Lisa Corey, John and Carrie Kane, and Kimberly and Andrew Stanton, one great grandson, David Stanton, one sister Betty Lou Hulslander, her faithful companions Mia and Tia. She was predeceased by a son in law, Jack Kane, one brother, Merritt Hulslander, six sisters, Martha Haven, Shirley Davis, Helen Gyle, Gertrude Montgomery, and Beatrice Gillette
