RESERVATIONS � CALL IN: 1-800-822-5011 or 814-459-2220 & ask for a "RENOVATED Room" at the group rate for the McDowell Reunion Class or 82 Rates: �$94/night for a Single � 2 double beds �$94/night for a Double - King Sized bed & minifridge in room �$105/night for a Suite; king bed, mini fridge, sofa bed, table Each attendee is responsible for costs of their own room, tax (11%) & incidentals. Rooms need to be guaranteed by each individual with a major credit card or cash deposit; otherwise, rooms will be held 24 hours of arrival then released for general sale. CHECK-IN TIME/CHECK-OUT TIME: Our check-in time is 3:00 PM & check-out time is 11:00 AM. You can request a late check out � depending on what time a $10 to $25 fee may be added to your bill. PRE-ARRIVALS/STAY OVERS: For any guests who may wish to arrive early or depart later than indicated in the official dates mentioned above, The Avalon will honor the group rate for two (2) days prior & two (2) days after our reunion date of 9/1/2012. CUT-OFF DATE to reserve room is 07/30/2012. Any cancellations within 24 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for 1 night�s room & tax. �If you'd prefer to stay at the Sheraton On The Bay call 814-454-2005 & ask for the "Gannon University Rate" when booking your room. It is my understanding that this rate is $85.00, even on the Holiday weekend, & they should not ask your affiliation to Gannon. I�d double check that rate when booking as their usual rate is over $200/night. �For those who will be in town Friday night August 31st the plan is to meet at "The Cove" located in the Sheraton on the Bay for Happy hour(s) around 5 p.m. Closer to the date we will have to get another count to include those bringing their husbands/wives.
