| About Me | Feb 2012- I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a mastectomy- for now I am doing fantastic! I have been a public speaker for many years dealing with abuse of children & women. In 2006 I was invited to Washington DC. I addressed Congressional leaders on Capital Hill. I was asked to share my life story with and discuss the importance of funding women & childrens programs. I was presented with their Annual Woman of Triumph Award- I met with Senator Kennedy & Edwards. I currently work at the womens state prison as a Drug & alcohol treatment specialist Manager.
