| About Me | It is completely impossible to sum up your personality or who you are in a couple of paragraphs. Life and relationships are a contact sport ladies and gents. You have to actually spend time one-on-one with someone to actually get to know them. So I'll just put a couple of interests and things I have done. If you really want to know something (or anything) about me, just ask. I'm divorced, with an adorable little daughter that really is the center of my world. I currently am serving in the Army Reserves and have been deployed 3 times. I love serving in the military and can think of no greater honor than wearing the uniform of our nation's armed forces. I also work for the Army Reserves as a civilian. I work at an Equipment Concentration Site in Geneva, PA. I have lived in South Korea, Germany, Iraq, and Kuwait. (all military assignments) I love humor. If I can't talk to someone and make them laugh, and they make me laugh.. the conversation will not last long. Laughter is something I can not do without. I don't know why, but it just is such a big part of my personality. I have a weird hobby. I geocache. Basically, I use a GPS and multi-milion dollar satellites to find Tupperware containers in the woods. I know, sounds stupid, but it's really a great way to get out and explore your area and nature. I have learned so much about the surrounding area I live in and see so much just because I'm looking for the next cache container. It's like treasure hunting for adults. I have even gone to geocaching events and camped out, met people, and seen different areas that I would have never gone to otherwise. Trust me, it actually is pretty fun. I'm a tech nerd and I love sic-fi. (don't judge) I like entertainment to be an escape and to exercise my imagination. I hate reality T.V. and don't find it entertaining at all. I have enough drama in my life, I don't need to watch someone on T.V. to get more. I love crude and hilarious cartoons (Archer, Family Guy, etc). I am shy. Very shy. I have to be very comfortable with someone before I open up to them completely. No one likes to be rejected or made fun of and I'm no exception. I don't need to be liked or crave acceptance, I just don't like the feeling of my cheeks flushing and ears turning red. I've climbed a mountain for no reason other than It looked hard and I had an afternoon to kill (it wasn't that high) I tried to skateboard.... once. If this was a personal ad, I would say I have an average or athletic build. This is a lie, I have a gut. I carry the weight well, so people don't notice at first, but make no mistake, the shirt almost never comes off in public. I'm working on it, I really am, but I'm only human and I love all the wrong kinds of food. Changing part of who you are is a near impossible task,.. almost. Put your mind to something and commit to it and you can move mountains and accomplish anything. I am convinced I am no diffrent. I have a 10 pound Miniature Pinscher named Rufus Too-Tall Papageorgio. That should sum up my sense of humor. I can sit though an entire episode of "YO GABBA GABBA" and not even blink. This disturbs me on many levels.
