| About Me | Profile update: After life at McDowell, I earned a degree in Accounting at Gannon College graduating in 1970, then immediately began employment in Pittsburgh with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. My tenure involved several facets of the job including operations in the Auditing, Licensing and Enforcement Bureaus. I served as a supervisor of the Licensing Bureau in the Western Regional Office, Monroeville Pa. which covered 30 counties in Western Pennsylvania. I returned from Pittsburgh to live in Erie in 1973. My retirement began after 37+ years of service in 2007. In addition, I had served six years in the United States Marine Corp. Reserve. Today my leisure time is spent actively racing my 35’ sailboat ‘Raven’ and continue to serve on numerous committees at the Erie Yacht Club after holding many officer positions as well as the 2012 Commodore.
