| About Me | "May you be in heaven half a hour before the devil knows your dead" !!! Grew up in the Walnut Park neighborhood of St Louis, went to St Louise deMarillac grade school, 1 year at northwest high school then to McCluer high school in Florissant where we moved in 1966. I have 4 children 27 to 40, 1 boy and 3 girls and 6 grandchildren. I was married to Tony Mercurio for 21 years till his death in 1996. I currently live in O'Fallon Mo. with my dog Heidi. I am retired from Scnucks Markets where I worked for a total of 25 years. I am not ashamed to say I am a democrat, but wish they would get it together. I support Pres Obama and it makes me very angry the way the right wing extremists try to paint him, and the obnoxious lies they spread. I find Rush Limbaugh intolerable and don't care for Glen Beck either. I don't like hate mongers, on either side. The newsmen I trust the most are Chris Matthews, and I love Tim Russert, God rest his soul. I would love it if both sides would get along and stop the hatemongering. We are all Americans and the Dems,liberals love their country just as much as anyone else, although it seems if you disagree with Rush,Beck or Hannity you are called unpatriotic. OK off my soapbox, I just wish everyone would get along. We can solve a lot together, but very little divided. I have been living in Troy since December 2011, and am in a relationship with David Bastean. My daughter Jennifer lives about a mile down the street from me with 4 of my grandkiids. Julie lives in a new house she bought about 8 yrs ago in Wentzville. Jill lives in O'Fallon in my house with her boyfriend Jonathan Mccammon.
