| About Me | After graduation, I attended college and graduated from St. Olaf in 1972. I taught high school English for 2 years and then returned for my master's after moving to Anchorage, Alaska. I returned to the lower 48 in 1979 and reconnected with Bruce Douglass, also a 1968 Mayo graduate. We married that year and I moved to Michigan where I worked in social service agencies with physically and mentally handicapped adults and children. In 1983, or son Andrew was born and in 1988, our son Christopher arrived.
