Pam Aukerman was murdered November 4, 2007 by her Police Officer husband Kevin Brainard who then commit suicide in the presence of their two year old daughter. She is survived by her Son Kyle and Daughter Kayla. Michigan Officer Involved Domestic Violence Corp. was started in Pam's memory to save women forgotten by the system. We are also in the process of starting the Pam Aukerman Legacy Foundation to continue her work as a RN.
