| About Me | Besides working, being a mom, being a wife, taking care of our home, doing the shopping....What else do I have time for??? I wouldn't give up any of it though. My family is my true happiness! Oh yeah, and who would have imagined that so many years ago when I use to "pretend" I was a teacher to my dolls and stuffed animals that I would actually be living that dream today. I spent many years in the Corporate world behind a desk, became a Wedding Coordinator/Caterer, did some on the side bookkeeping and then finally became what has truly been my calling! A TEACHER! Nothing makes my day more than going to work and having children from the ages of 1 to 4 yelling out "Ms. Dawn" and running up to me to give me the biggest hugs their little bodies can give! I teach for one of our Four's classes and love the fact that I am helping young minds prepare to enter the next 18+ years of their education. I finally get it and what every one ...(read more) |
