AVA ELIZABETH COLOMBO, 33, of Monroe, died Aug. 8. She was the wife of John R. Colombo.
She was born in Bridgeport June 25, 1969, daughter of John L. and Suzanne Bayers Varga of Monroe.
She worked as a waitress and bartender at Fratelli Restaurant of Derby.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by her children, Christopher, Justin and Steven Borkowski and John Colombo, all of Monroe; sisters Linda Varga Pierson of Louisiana and Susan Varga of California; paternal grandmother Maria Dillon of Louisiana, and maternal grandmother Grace Bayers of Milford.
