James Butler Class of '71, has new book out

James Butler has a new book out on the economy, It's Our Children's Default, Stupid. A related article was published by Independent Voters Network. Jim also has 3 other books in print; 1 science fiction and 2 kids books.

Trombone, keyboard, and bass player needed

We are a big band of local amateur musicians (10-15members) who love old tunes and have gathered together to reinvigorate our performance abilities. No membership fees and no tryout necessary. If you have not played for years pull that old horn out of the closet and enjoy it again. Ron McDonald class of '75

Ron McDonald, born February 6, 1957, attended Marysville High School until 1973. He briefly joined the United States Army.
On June 22, 2012, Ron passed away from stage 4 cancer after a few short months of trying hard to beat it. He is survived by 2 sisters and 3 brothers, Charles Mc Donald Jr. of Auburn, Indiana, Marie McDonald Luker of Port Charlotte, FL, Jennifer McDonald Zavitz of Memphis, MI, Wayne McDonald of Port Charlotte,FL and Guy McDonald of Highland, Michigan. Nieces and nephews are Heather Williamson, Jason Williamson, Danielle McDonald, William Eggert, Milissa McDonald, Dustin McDonald, Ricky McDonald, Dillon McDonald, and Jasmine McDonald, and great-nieces Nicole Caughel and Zayda McDonald. RIP
