| About Me | Sam and I are sharing Facebook for now. After Sharon graduated from Mt Carmel and Sam graduated from Ohio State we took off for 20 years of moving while Sam was flying for the Air Force. We moved every 2 yrs for 20 years, had 3 children, 2 cats, 1 dog, hermit crabs, guinea pigs, rabbits and even had a batch of crickets in a drawer belonging to one of the sons. We had an interesting 20 yrs with 2 tours in Philippine Islands and many side trips. Settled in Virginia in 1984 where all of the kids graduated from the same high school-an accomplishment. Sharon retired from nursing in 2009. We moved to Charlotte in August of 2011 and will use this as our home base as Sam continues to work in VA and we continue to travel. Had to leave 2 grandchildren and 2 sons in Va and we miss them very much. But have a daughter and 2 granddaughters in Charlotte. We are so happy to connect with everyone again.
