| About Me | Went to IRCC, where I met my John Carroll High graduate bride Sharon (wed 1975), then to FSU. As a sportswriter, covered Bobby Bowden's first season. Then back to Fort Pierce to be Sports Editor of the Tribune. Had the honor of locally breaking story of Don Wallen being named 1984 National High School Basketball Coach of the Year (as a former J.V. player he called me that night), along with Dolphins, L.A. Dodgers and later Mets spring training. In 1993 became a writer with American Media Inc. in Boca Raton. I am currently a staff writer for GLOBE and National Examiner weekly magazines (my name is in the masthead in the tabloids in supermarkets). Worked in the infamous Anthrax Building and was there the day the FBI came in and seized the building. Living in downtown WPB off Clematis Street with my amazing wife Sharon. Recently dug my MCHS 1973 Yearbook out of storage and wonderful memories flooded back. If only we could do it all again with what we know now ... how great would that be!
