About Me	I went to Mass Criminal justice Training Center and got certified in animal control. Not much in the job-field, so went to Quincy College, then Bridgewater College for animal sciences. I met a great guy from Hanson that I married 7 years ago this September. I ran an Animal Hospital for about 13 years and when the doctor retired, I changed my path again. I decided to let go of some responsbilities and enjoy life a little more. In 2005, I was watching news coverage on hurricane katrina, and all the pets left behind on the television and decided I needed to help them. A friend of mine and I packed a truck with donations and headed down there to do animal rescue. It was a truly humbling experience, one I will never forget. I made some great friends that will be in my heart and mind forever, human and mammal alike. Doug and I bought a house in Kingston, then moved to Hanson, and then again to the other side of Hanson. I can not believe we are looking again! I currently work at the Hanson Animal Hospital where I've been for the last 6 years, and the South Shore Medical Center where I've been for a year. I can't decide which job I like more, one is more fun and not much money and the other one pays more but is stress-filled, so I'm keeping both until a light bulb comes on.
