About Me	"It's never too late to become the person you might have been." - George Elliot Life is about the journey; it is not about being, but becoming. I’m a 30-something recovering pessimist. I have found that the best way to have a joy-filled life is to reflect every day on those sweet little moments we often overlook. I love tickling my 16-month-old’s chubby belly, listening to my 5-year-old sound out words and begin to read, and being silly with my husband of 10 years. When I’m not chasing around my two sons, I’m whipping up dinner (or, hopefully, cookies). After leaving a job which demanded too much of my time, I began offering up my writing services and have been freelancing for almost two years.
