About Me	I'm currently deployed to Kabul, Afghaninstan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; and will return by the end of 2008. I'm currently an MSgt (E7) in the United States Air Force. I've been on active duty for 17 1/2 years. When I return from deployment I will return to my job as Chief of Finance Customer Service at Offutt AFB in Nebraska. After high school I attended Business College in Iowa, then moved to Sioux Falls, SD where I was an auditor for a hotel chain. One day I realized that I needed a change in my life and I walked into the Air Force recruiters office and the rest is history. While being stationed at the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, CO I met a wonderful man named Preston who has been my husband for 14 years. We have 2 beautiful sons, Marcus Kojo is 9 years old and has Down syndrome and Bryce Kofi is 21 months old. The Air Force as afforded me the opportunity to travel in the US and abroad (Korea, Afghanistan and who knows where else I will go before I can retire). Most of my time is spent between work and family, the 2 most important things in my life. I'm also VP of a non-profit which I helped to form; called Omaha Down Syndrome Parents Network; www.odspn.org -- we look to provide education and awareness on Down Syndrome.
