About Me	After I graduated from MHS, I studied Spanish and communication (professional writing and intercultural communication) at Spring Arbor University. While at SAU, I was president of the campus creative writing organization, mediated an advanced Spanish conversation group for three years, and sang in the concert choir and chamber singers groups for four years. I was also very involved in Multicultural Student Organization and International Student Organization, and I worked as a tutor for beginning and intermediate Spanish students. During this time, l fell in love with the country of Perú. I studied for a semester in Lima, and the past two summers, I interpreted Spanish-to-English for missions teams working in Perú. I will return to Perú this January to help teach a cross-cultural studies course I helped one of my undergrad professors design.
