About Me	Started in hotel sales & marketing. Traveled 38 weeks per year as AVP of marketing over a dozen hotels nationwide. At age 36, launched my own hospitality executive search and marketing consulting business. Started teaching at the University of Denver in 1999 and then Johnson & Wales in 2001 in their hospitality programs.
